Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the phmoba platform. By accessing phmoba.one and creating an account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phmoba, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory and accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed.
Each player is permitted one phmoba account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request. phmoba does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of phmoba shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
phmoba provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.
⚠️ Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phmoba ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account on phmoba.one, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the phmoba platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phmoba online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at phmoba.one and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By completing the registration process and creating a phmoba account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with phmoba's Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or game categories, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the phmoba Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phmoba strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phmoba Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phmoba or from any other gaming platform through a recognized self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform.
2.5 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of phmoba, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) phmoba account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phmoba reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phmoba is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phmoba may result in account restrictions or closure.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your phmoba account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmoba login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 phmoba will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phmoba that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 You must notify phmoba immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. phmoba will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
4.4 phmoba employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and automated fraud detection systems to protect your account. However, no security system is infallible, and phmoba cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of unauthorized access.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phmoba accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). phmoba does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the phmoba Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts as part of phmoba's responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
5.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. phmoba does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
6.1 Verification Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC). phmoba reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. phmoba does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.
6.3 Processing Times. phmoba aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phmoba reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on withdrawals that fall below the minimum threshold or that are requested with unusual frequency.
6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.1 phmoba offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phmoba reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
7.5 phmoba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have opted into the promotion in good faith.
8.1 All games available on the phmoba Platform — including live dealer games, RNG (random number generator) slots, and bingo — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface.
8.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on phmoba are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. The random number generators used in these games produce outcomes that are statistically random and not influenced by previous results or player behavior.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to manipulation by phmoba or its game providers.
8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, phmoba reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. phmoba's decision in such matters is final.
8.5 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. phmoba is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection due to factors outside its control, including internet service interruptions, device failures, or power outages.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmoba Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
9.2 phmoba cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Any activity suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
10.1 All content on the phmoba Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of phmoba or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phmoba.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmoba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
11.2 phmoba's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmoba account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phmoba does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
12.1 phmoba is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:
12.2 phmoba strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent access by minors.

13.1 phmoba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, phmoba reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure — any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
14.1 phmoba collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 phmoba will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.
15.1 phmoba reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and phmoba, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. phmoba will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
